Meeting / Seminar

Organizations plan and hold these meetings with targeted audiences, and provide them with relevant information.

Seminars are usually shorter events, lasting a couple hours, ½ day, or even a whole workday. They have single or multiple speakers and generally keep all participants together in the same space. They are typically held at hotels, begin with a keynote session and then hold breakout sessions by topic. A conference is usually planned for at least half of a day though generally conferences span the course of one to two days or sometimes longer.

Big Event

The Big Event has become the largest, one-day, customers will come together and take part in the event. It’s a chance for the client sending “thank you” to the Client’s customers. The Big Event strives to embody the ideals of unity and service. This one-day event is not based on socioeconomic need, but rather a way for everybody to join in.

It is important to remember this type of service is not about the number of jobs completed or the number of customers who participate each year. Instead, it is the interaction between the community and client values results throughout the community that makes the event such a unique project.

Activation refers to generating consumer interest by allowing consumers to use a product or experience a service. In this way, the brand's value is “activated”, or realized by the consumer, who then connects the value given with the brand and walks away with a strong impression. With enough activation work, a core of consumers will have a strong, favorable opinion about the business because of personal interaction and will spread this opinion among others.

Art Event

An Art Event is traditionally the space in which many objects (in the most general sense) meet an audience. It involves negotiating sponsorship rates for booth space, advertising and promotion at the event, and sometimes speaking opportunities at the event for the leadership to speak.
